OUR PROGRAMS

Treks
Walking Treks involve 3-4 hours, 5-6 hours or7-8 hours of walking a day. Either camels carry the equipment, food, water and other supplies or they are carried by the trekkers and water is obtained at natural springs along the way. They can last from 1 day up to 15 days. Accommodation is either in the open or tents, or Bedouin houses, shelters and caves, depending on the season and your preferences
On arrival you will be picked up at the airport in Sharm-el-sheik and taken to a bedouin camp where you will be welcomed on the first night.
1st day
from St Katherine we go to abu jefa, after we will walk in a wadi (valley) full of gardens. after we go to wadi el shag where we have lunch. after the lunch we walk to the camp in wadi el zawateen, where we sleep and have dinner
2nd day
from7.00-8.00 we have breakfast in wadi el zawateen. after this we go to abbas basha. then we walk on to wadi tenya, wadi sagar and walk through a canyon to abu tweta. after we go to haja el wemr (the tiger rock) where we have lunch. after lunch we go to the blue poo (8m deep and 5-6 metre long) after we go to beautiful farsh el romana where we have dinner and sleep here
3rd day
we have breakfast from 7.00 to 8.00 after breakfast we walk to wadi baharia, after climbing this we go to wadi nagila where we rest and have Bedouin tea. after we climb to gebal (mountain) beb el donya mountain. after we go to masba abu grun where you can take pictures of a beautiful view. after we have lunch and we go to wadi abu gasaba where we will have dinner and sleep
4th day
after breakfast we walk to wadi gibal to mountain lahmar where we have lunch. after we climb to st Katherine mountain where we sleep and have dinner. we can watch the sunrise in the morning from the highest point in the whole region.
5th day
after breakfast we walk to wadi el arbain where we can see thw high rocks and drink tea. after we climb moses mountain, after which we go to farsh el loza where we have lunch and tea. after we go to wadi el faraa to wadi shrej where will see many ancient stone houses and terraces, some dating from nabathean and byzantine times and we return to the Bedouin camp.
every day we walk six to seven hours or more, just the first day we walk for about four hours.
the trip includes tea herb tea hibiscus tea nescafe and turkish coffee throughout
